The Odyssey range of fireplaces are unique in the fact that they are convectional built in fireplaces, yet they do not require an electrical fan for forced air circulation, or the installation of a secondary vent higher up. The pre-installed secondary convectional box cover enables a quick and easy installation. What does that mean? It means that you can purchase an Odyssey built in fireplace and simply fit it into your existing opening without worrying about complicated installation methods. You simply slide it into your appropriately sized opening where insulating with ceramic wool or rockwool is recommended in order to minimise heat loss to the surrounding brick structure. The odyssey range has a well-though out geometrical design, with the top plate at a 20 degree slope angle. This allows the raising hot air to be naturally guided towards the top air outlet above the door of the fireplace. The fact that the unit does not utilise an electrical fan means you get a completely silent operation and you are unaffected by any electricity outages.

The units is beautifully designed with a full frameless black glass door. The cover plate covering the gap between the fireplace and opening sides is a work of art - where the metal frame is cladded with matching black glass giving it style and sophistication.

The Odyssey 45 is the narrowest of the range only requiring 41cm wide opening. This unit is ideal for retrofitting the old Victorian type fireplaces into a beautiful modern closed combustion fireplace.

The Odyssey range is manufactured in China and conforms to the latest Euro 2022 design regulations which means that it has minimal emissions and high Efficiency.
