Hydrofire employs a team of exceptional talent. We have two fully qualified engineers, one of whom has a specialization in heat transfer; and a central heating installations technician with a qualification in electrical engineering. As we are always working with heating systems, we take into account a number of important concepts such as convection, air movement, home orientation, insulation and potential heat losses in order to provide our customers with a solution that balances cost and performance.

We promote continuous learning through annual training sessions that take place during the off-peak season. Some of these accreditations Include Central Heating and Underfloor Heating Systems training in Italy, chimney systems training in Greece and specialized fireplace training in Bulgaria. Management teams attend major international expos each year, in order to keep abreast with the latest innovations and developments.

Hydrofire greatly values relationships. As a result, we choose to invest our time in selecting the best suppliers in Europe for high-efficiency wood burning fireplaces and stoves. We also buy directly from the source as this gives us greater quality- control and enables us to communicate directly with the people responsible for manufacturing the product. We have distributors throughout the country and have showrooms in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
