The Hydrofire Order Process
Order Placement & Payment
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, payment can be made via EFT into our FNB account using the reference provided, or immediately via our online payment gateway using a credit or debit card.
Once payment has been received and confirmed, your order will move into processing.
Order Turnaround Times
Fireplaces
Fireplaces have an estimated turnaround time of 5–10 working days, depending on stock availability, courier schedules, and delivery location.
Braais
Depending on stock availability, our Contractor’s Braai range has an estimated turnaround time of 5–7 working days.
Please note that the Pyro range is manufactured to order and has an estimated lead time of approximately 4–6 weeks regardless of stock levels.
Flues & Accessories
Flue parts, braais, and accessories have an estimated turnaround time of 1–5 working days, courier dependent.
Please note:
Painted flues require an additional curing process for the paint finish. This curing time is already included within the 1–5 working day turnaround estimate.
Patio Furniture
Patio furniture orders have an estimated turnaround time of 1–2 working days, depending on courier schedules and delivery location.
Firepits
Standard firepits have an estimated turnaround time of 3–5 working days.
Please note that concrete firepit ranges are manufactured to order and have an estimated turnaround time of 10–14 working days.
Central Heating
Central heating products have an estimated turnaround time of 3–4 working days when stock is available.
If stock is unavailable, lead times may extend to approximately 3–4 months, as many central heating components are primarily stocked for installation projects.
Collection Locations
Customers may collect orders from our:
Cape Town warehouse
Johannesburg warehouse
George distribution centre (servicing the Garden Route)
Customers based along the Garden Route can now conveniently collect orders directly from our George branch instead of travelling to Cape Town.

Shipping Information
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Courier delivery times vary depending on location and accessibility. Remote areas outside major metros may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
In-Store Collection
For collection orders, please allow approximately 4 business hours after payment confirmation for preparation before collection.
All goods are prepared and packed according to customer and invoice details prior to dispatch or collection.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition.
Refunds will exclude shipping costs. If the original shipment qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost for both delivery and return may be deducted from the refund amount.
