GET READY FOR WINTER

After a LOT of research (and I really mean a lot 😅), we finally decided on the Hydrofire Cali closed combustion fireplace/wood stove, and I can honestly say it was 100% the right choice. We are absolutely thrilled with the fireplace. It heats beautifully, is easy to use, and you can really feel the quality. All that time spent comparing options, reading reviews, and asking questions definitely paid off. A big shoutout to Kuda, the installer, he was fantastic. The installation was quick, efficient, and very professional. Everything was done neatly, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. It made the whole experience stress-free. Overall, a great product and excellent service. Highly recommend!

They appear very professional, but I experienced several issues during the process. The measurements were incorrect, even after I visited their offices and discussed the dimensions of the house with them. They also supplied the wrong parts and omitted required brackets from the delivery. As a result, the installers had to return to collect the correct parts, and I was then charged a delivery fee for what was ultimately their mistake. In addition, we were overcharged for the number of parts supplied and were billed for the incorrect parts as well. That said, the installers themselves were very professional and did a good job with the installation. It’s just a pity that the quoting, supply issues, and overcharging let the overall experience down. Cyril from HydroFire contacted us, and the issue was resolved and everything was explained. Thank you for your prompt response and resolving everything.

I would like to thank Theo for his continuous professional work he does, always with a smile. Companies need good installers. My initial contact with Hydrofire did not go as planned but I must say after a call from the owner and follow up service is the reason why I stay with them. I had my holiday home done by them aswell and going perfect still.
